Event pages
What an event page is
Each event page is a public link for one show or appearance. You share it (or its QR code) so guests land on your page, see what you’re offering, and interact without installing an app.
Activation and visibility
An event can be marked active when you’re ready for guests to use it. Inactive pages are not meant for public traffic.
You can archive older events so they drop off your main list and are no longer treated as live public pages—useful after a gig is over.
Requests vs. tips-only
For each event you can allow full song requests, or switch to tips only so the form emphasizes tipping without taking new requests—handy for breaks or when you want to pause the queue.
Schedule fields
Optional event date and start/end times help you organize gigs on your calendar. They don’t replace your own promotion; they’re there so you can line up shows inside the product.
