Song requests

How guests request songs

On your public event page, guests submit songs they’d like to hear. Those submissions show up in your dashboard under Requests, where you can review and manage them during the show.

Live queue and “now playing”

You can track what’s happening on stage by marking which request is currently playing. The product keeps at most one “now playing” item tied to an event so your queue stays unambiguous for you and your audience.

Tips tied to requests

When someone adds a tip alongside a request, that payment is associated with the specific request record. Tips can also arrive as standalone “tip only” moments depending on how you configure the event page.

Pausing requests

If you need to stop taking new song ideas—encore, wind-down, or technical break—use your event settings to turn off accepting requests while still allowing tips if you want.
